艾迪芬奇的记忆 - 花样叙事,天才脑洞

本作随着主角Edith的视角,在家族古老的房屋里探索每个家族成员的花样作死人生,每位成员都有自己独特的,契合他们人生的叙事方式。游戏里不仅仅叙事风格变化,甚至视觉画风,游戏方式也在疯狂转变,从第一人称到第三人称,从写实到漫画,从现实世界到精神世界,从简笔画到复杂光影,截然不同的人生,完全不同的味道,直到一个清晰的家族脉络浮现出来,直到一切尘埃落定,Edith Finch合上笔记本,等待最后一名家族成员再度打开尘封的记忆。

优
众多叙事风格和视觉变幻,两小时内创意惊喜不断。从来没有一个游戏尝试过使用如此之多的叙事手法和不同画风来表达,Molly的动物视角,Barbara的漫画风,Lewis的现实和精神世界的双重并行叙事,Milton的翻页书,魔幻和现实交错,甚至在最后Edith离开老屋时和老Edie的最后一瞥,差点没有掉下眼泪,倒叙插叙,视角变幻,和散文一般,看似无序却其神不纷乱,神来之笔。

细节考究,故事剧情深刻。游戏里每一个房间,就是每一位家族成员的故事,因此每一个房间的布置都非常考究,物件不多余,也不能少。Lewis的大麻,Walter的罐头堆,Barbara的剪报,每个人物因为这些细节而仿佛真实存在。家族来自北欧,第一个定居者Odin的名字也来自北欧神话,家族里面各种北欧的神话书籍比比皆是,Lewis逐渐变疯的那一段与现实交错,合理又疯狂,双线同时进行,屠夫与国王,隐晦,又直白得吓人。

劣
如果说游戏里面真的有劣,就是此类游戏共同的不足,walking simulator,游戏性微弱。不过本作已经在这方面力图创新,不同的故事尝试不同的游戏方式,隐隐看到了Undertale的神韵,而且要求此类游戏在游戏性上也有惊喜就有些钻牛角尖了,能有当然是更妙,没有也不敢奢求更多。

结
花样人生,花样叙事,花样画风,一场伟大的实验,散文般纷乱而有序的神韵,两小时的时间,创意惊喜不断,让人眼界大开。
PS:这个游戏是强行加塞到这次百时计划里面的,实在是因为名气太大。看过一些评论,有把本作称为concept artists的自我修养,有把本作称为百年孤独的视觉化叙事,还有批评本作故事平淡的,好奇难耐,就塞进百时计划里面,两小时的体验下来,相见恨晚。
